Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate straight trucks, flatbeds, or hot shot vehicles based on assignment Secure loads properly according to DOT standards Complete trip logs, inspections, and delivery paperwork accurately Maintain communication with dispatch for scheduling and updates Follow all state and federal driving regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Class A, B, or D Commercial Driver’s License Minimum 6 months of recent driving experience Must be 21 years of age or older Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Flatbed experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift and secure loads as needed
Physical demands:
This role involves loading, unloading, and securing freight, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as climbing in and out of trucks and securing loads. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
