Responsibilities:
\nA Commercial Director with Hilton will oversee marketing, sales and revenue and drive the commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be innovative and have a record of providing strong results. You will lead a team of professional’s onsite and work closely with our Regional Team. Your duties will include:
\n\nDrive the Top line Budget and Forecast by implementing a commercial strategy through to execution \nWork with the General Manager and Director of Finance to ensure profits are maximized in line with targets\nEnsure Business Review Guidelines Pricing & Rate Quotation Strategies are in place in order to maximize all pricing components of sales and catering opportunities and achieve positive market share.\nSupport the marketing manager with the coordination of hotel level marketing and public relations activities. \nEstablish an optimal mix, review and validate forecasts, develop strategies for different demand periods, and review and approve retail and group pricing strategies.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, owners, hotel teams to ensure commercial benefits of the hotel.\nEnsure accurate forecasting of projected revenues by detailed analysis of trends and data.\n\n\n
About You:
\n\n1+ years of Management experience within a Hotel Commercial Team of a similar size\nDemonstrated ability to conduct detailed analytics of revenue and propose strategies to address any concerns\nExceptional stake holder management skills to manage multiple stakeholder expectations including General Managers, Hilton Regional Teams and Hotel Owners\nA strong understanding of all commercial operations, including reservations, selling strategies, account management, creating and maintenance of budgets, and revenue strategies and yield systems.\nExcellent people motivator; strong communication and leadership skills\nGoal-oriented with obvious drive and self-motivation\n\n\n
