The successful Commercial Director will be responsible for taking charge of commercial operations by shaping commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities include:

·         Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company`s vision and mission.

·         Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.

\n

·         Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.

\n

·         Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and management of our product portfolio, including pricing strategies and product launches.

\n

·         Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance our market position.

\n

·         Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

·         Data Analysis: Utilise market research and data analysis to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years demonstrated leadership in the field, and must be able to show:

\n\nProven track record in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.\nLive network of key contacts within the food industry, predominantly within the OOH channel.\nStrong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.\nExceptional strategic thinking and problem solving skills.\nEffective communication and negotiation abilities.\nExperience within the region would be beneficial.\n\n
