**Commercial Development Manager**
Location: Jeddah - Full-time
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
1- **Channel 360** : Prioritize Channels and define the channel strategies & Growth drivers to win at the Point of Purchase by also developing the POS across channels. Focus Channels: Hotels,Café's & Bakeries, Restaurants, Local & Global chains
**2- Customer & Consumer:** Leading the Customer & Consumer jouney agenda to ensure the right value proposition has been offered
**3- Commercial Process:** Lead ICP within the respective category for the country, to ensure timely cross-functional input and alignment to the key Category, Brand, Channel, consumer and Customer growth opportunities and activation platforms, as outlined in the category growth drivers.
**4- Tools & Enablers:** Ensuring that the sales staff is equipped with the appropriate category/channel tools, training, and support to effectively exploit both new product launch and current platforms.
**5- Budget Management:** Have full oversight of PFME and lead all customer communication intiatives, including driving lead generation activities and in-store execution via sales team.
**6- Insights:** Lead, develop and accelerate 5C insights and channel management on a regional level
**What will make you successful…**
+ +5 years of Commercial/Category experience with a full understanding of the internal processes that drive the growth agenda across Clusters/BU.
+ Ability to on strategies and utilize the most effective channels of support in order to develop category relevant strategies for the country
+ Strong Understanding and incorporating Category Strategies, Trends, Channel and Customers & consumers opportunities.
+ Ability to adapt plans based on knowledge of Customer's/ Consumers behaviors - Digital & Out of Home operations
+ Commercial experience (inc revenue, profit, Data Analysis, promo activity, pricing etc), while being able to have a strategic thinking mindset.
+ Strategic Revenue Management experience
+ Stakeholder management
