**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Head Office, Bangkok Company: Nestlé Department: Commercial Development Team Full-time Minimum 3-5 years' experience in trade marketing in E-commerce channel (Lazada, Shopee, & Tiktok) **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Initiate strategic sales plans for responsible channel and ensure sales delivery through strategic planning + Manage channel assortment mix, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory levels across multiple brands to maximize sales and profitability. + Identify commercial opportunities in the market to foster sustainable growth for the business + Enable the business development, driving proposed activities to increase customer reach and sales performance, manage channel related projects + Analytic skills: Identify channel's key opportunities, gaps, competitors' pricing movements & activities to ensure key winning strategies to win in market shares + Ability to negotiations of key commercial terms and conditions and strengthen relationships with key customers + Understanding media tools and the objectives of each campaign to ensure maximum ROI of each campaign and exploring new innovative media to expand touchpoints **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor's degree in any related field + Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Shopper Marketing in e-Commerce channel + Adaptable, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Results driven with great sense of responsibility + A resilient problem-solver with leadership qualities + Strong ownership and attention to details + High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
