Position requires the following abilities and experience:
10+ years of experience leading brokers / agents teamsStrong relationships with Brokers and Clients in MonterreyAdvanced level of English (written and spoken)Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving,Outstanding level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook capabilitiesProcess optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client serviceAdequate control of financials / pipelineAble to operate within a fast-paced industry and being able to adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment.An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results-oriented strategies with producers / sponsors.
