Commercial Data & Insights Analyst II
Description An exciting and unique opportunity for a developing analyst to join a team of data & insights professionals within the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will interact with sales leaders, business partners and other stakeholders to develop business reporting and insights. The role will focus on data mining, current customer behavior, business results/metrics, and other ad-hoc analyses. Why Join Us? Job Description + Write and refine SQL queries using SAS, R, or Python to create data sets for reporting, analysis and processes automation + Design, build and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards and reports + Translate data into actionable insights that help leaders improve performance, drive efficiency, and make informed decisions + Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support leadership and business partners + Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and departments Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field + 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analyst role + 1+ years developing or proficient in SQL + 1+ years developing or proficient in SAS, R or Python Preferred Qualifications: + Strong data visualization skills to display complex data in a simple way + Developing or proficient in a business intelligence tool (Tableau, PowerBI) + Experience pulling, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems + Background in Financial Services, especially within the commercial banking segment or a data organization + Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM + Experience with Archer risk management systems + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment + Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power Platform and Excel Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
