Your tasks
Work closely with sales teams to understand day-to-day challenges, data requirements, and overall behavior patterns
Communicate complex analyses in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders at all levels, from sales reps to senior leadership
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional groups (Finance, Commercial, IT, etc.) to align on objectives, define scope, and drive analytics initiatives from conception to execution
Write optimized SQL queries and develop Python/PySpark scripts to extract, clean and manipulate large datasets (e.g., SFDC, SAP, Snowflake)
Drive analytics innovation, including AI-driven solutions and product recommendation engines
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, applying advanced analytics (predictive modeling, trend analysis) to guide sales performance and uncover growth opportunities
Continuously improve processes by staying current on data analytics trends, tools, and best practices, challenging the status quo where needed
Ensure data integrity, compliance with policies/regulations, and adherence to governance standards in all analytics initiatives
Your qualifications
You have a master’s degree in the field of engineering, statistics, data analytics, computer science or similar qualification
Several years of experience in data analytics and reporting and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification and actionable insights
Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake, and Python/PySpark for data visualization and modeling
Experience with Customer Segmentation, Generative AI, and Machine Learning is valued
Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions
Team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
Fluent in English and German language is an advantage
