Join us in making your contribution. **Your impact** This position is crucial for the implementation of the Massey Ferguson´s Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in national territory. The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution of the Retail Processs and its all correlated program and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in Brazil. **Your experience and qualifications** + Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a full line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, Hay Products, technologies, parts and consortium); + Manage the commercial products demonstration; + Work with Dealer Development area suggesting re-structuring and formulating action plan to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee; + Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies) + Define with Marketing Department the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers; + Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting foward sales and maintenance actions; + Bachelor in Administration, Economics and Engineering. AG Market job experience (Agrochemicals, fertilizer, AG machinery), Construction Equipment or Automotive segment; + Market Knowledge in agriculture, automobile or trucks segment are mandatory; + Intermediary english is desirable; + Strong analytical and negotiation skills, control and improvement of KPIs; + Availability to travel; + Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program; + Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.). **Your benefits** Medical and dental assistance; Private pension; Meal and food vouchers; Pharmacy agreement and life insurance; PROPAR incentive plans. **Your place of work** Live in São Paulo state.
