Commercial Controlling Manager

What you’ll do?

Play a key role in monthend closing, forecast and annual planning process; be a business partner for Commercial, Marketing and Pricing&Revenue team; report of monthly sales (topline) performance for related business area; analyse company sales performance variance analysis; supervising the Global Business Service team during the closing process; design and improve new reports in order to make controlling processes more efficient; lead, develop, and mentor a team of 2 colleagues, ensuring their professional growth and effective collaboration; drive process improvements and contribute to the optimization of controlling and commercial planning workflows.

 

You need us, if you:

have bachelor’s degree preferably in economics; gained min. 5+ years experience in the field of controlling (preferably within FMCG), experience at BI/business analyst/invoicing area is a plus; have proven experience in people management, including leading and developing teams; are advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Access; have excellent command in Hungarian and business English; understand and able to analyze commercial figures and turn them into handy reports; can perform successfully during tight deadlines with high level of accuracy; strong process improvement mindset with proven contribution to optimization initiatives; demonstrates a proactive mindset and takes initiative in driving improvements and solving challenges; can easily work together with multiple stakeholders within the business.

 

Preferred:

Knowledge of reporting systems like Power BI, SQL, Access; ERP (SAP) system experience; Experiences in analyses and handling database in a complex environment.
