Responsibilities

Act as a Finance Business partner to Sector Head in-charge to :

\n\nManage the financial performance, profitability of customer accounts under responsibility\nAssist in decision making by providing financial simulation, analysis, compliance and controlling advises.\n\n

Areas of responsibilities:

\n

Financial Controlling / Reporting :

\n\nPrepares accurate, transparent, relevant, and timely management reports to country as well as operational information. Ensure the management reports are in-line with applicable Group corporate’s guidelines & reflect the accurate position of the accounts financial performance.\nPrepares variance analysis and narratives in order to alert management on financial issues, trends, and opportunities\nTo perform any assignments as required by the Direct Manager\n\n

Planning and Budgeting :

\n\nManages the monthly forecast and yearly budget of operation sites or customer accounts in conjunction with line manager.\nEnsure the accurate and relevant of forecast/budget quality on the site/customer accounts in-charge.\n\n

Business Controlling :

\n\nSupports decision-making processes of all the relevant line functions with financial advice and expertise\nEnsures that the agreements with the customers / suppliers are considered by a lawyer / expert\nTo clarify the questions from the customers on the monthly reports and invoices.\n\n

Provides financial perspective / expertise in business negotiations with customers or suppliers.

Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance\nACCA is preferred\n8+ years of relevant experience in Finance Accounting area (as Finance Business Partner, Commercial Controlling, etc.)\nExperience in FMCG/Logistics is preferred\nCommercial exposure / experience in a sizable, well-established organization\nExperience managing multiple accounts, activities, and projects.\nStrategic thinker, agile and resilient.\nDetail-oriented and data-driven.\nStrong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nAdaptable and embraces change.\nFluent in English.\n
