Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for sales leadership and project execution? City Wide Facility Solutions of Illinois is hiring a CBS Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Building Solutions division—where construction expertise meets strategic growth.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a team of Sales Executives and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction and maintenance projects. From tenant improvements and roofing to parking lot resurfacing and snow removal, you’ll ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.
What You'll Do
+ Lead and mentor CBS Sales Executives in full-cycle sales and project execution
+ Oversee construction and maintenance projects from proposal to completion
+ Ensure operational efficiency, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
+ Develop strategic plans to meet sales and profitability targets and to also receive commissions.
+ Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and building owners
+ Support sales closings by providing technical insight and project expertise
+ Promote services including commercial repairs, flooring, landscaping, and more
What You Bring
Requirements
+ 3–5 years of B2B sales management experience, ideally in construction or facilities
+ 2–3 years of hands-on construction management or related field experience
+ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
+ CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a focus on results
