Commercial Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with a strong focus on Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) administration to join our Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of global sales compensation programs, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, validate data, and maintain plan integrity.

While this role may support strategic compensation initiatives, its core focus is execution excellence, operational reliability, and ongoing support for our global sales teams.

Sales Incentive Plan Administration

Support day-to-day administration of the SIP, including validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues as neededPartner with Finance and IT to maintain and improve systems and data qualityAssist in quota/territory data tracking to support proper incentive calculations

2. Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support

Act as the first point of contact for commission-related inquiries, dispute resolution, and clarification of plan mechanics.Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Run and validate reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions.Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs for Finance, Sales, and leadership.

4. Governance, Compliance & Audit Support

Identify risks and propose controls to improve accuracy and mitigate compliance gaps.

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with global labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.3-5 year experience in compensation, ideally with exposure to sales incentive programs.Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.Experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, Forma.ai, or Anaplan is a strong plus.Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves frequent interaction with global stakeholders.Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Preferred Characteristics:

Experience with compensation systems and process improvement.Exposure to sales quota and territory management concepts.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and work independently under pressure.
