Commercial Channel Marketing Manager

General Summary:

We’re seeking a Global Commercial Channel Marketing Manager to join our Compute Channel Team and help shape how Snapdragon-powered devices are marketed around the world.

In this role, you’ll help build the foundational engine and playbook for commercial through-channel partner marketing at Snapdragon. You’ll focus on creating high-performing top- and mid-funnel B2B marketing strategies that help channel partners drive awareness and engagement. This highly collaborative role brings alignment across internal and external stakeholders—including product, sales enablement, training, brand, and partner marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute channel-specific marketing activations—from campaigns and promotions to collateral and bill of materials—in collaboration with the global commercial marketing team.Build and maintain scalable channel marketing toolkits using modular design thinking and a systems-based approach, with a strong focus on co-branding.Partner with GTM and sales leads at channel partners to design and evaluate high-performing co-marketing activations that optimize MDF usage across SIs, DMRs, and Distributors.Coordinate internal efforts to support distributor marketing pilots for long-tail, distributor-managed partners.Collaborate with OEM marketing leads to ensure Snapdragon is well-represented in channel partner campaigns and OEM launches.Contribute to the development of marketing frameworks and programs that differentiate Snapdragon in the commercial compute space.

This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA and is not eligible for remote work. The position is eligible for relocation assistance.

This position will require the ability to travel - estimated 10-20%.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in B2B/commercial marketing, including 2+ years in a channel marketing role.2+ years of experience in the compute industry, ideally with an OEM or silicon manufacturer.Proven success in building and executing high-performing B2B marketing campaigns with robust customer journeys at a regional or global scale.Experience in strategic content marketing and developing thought leadership for technical audiences.Strong program and project management skills, including experience working with external agencies and stakeholders.Familiarity with design tools and principles, either through hands-on experience or close collaboration with creative teams.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$133,500.00 - $200,300.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
