How will you make an impact in this role?
This role will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects aimed at digital capabilities for Commercial acquisition. The incumbent will be a part of cross-functional teams empowered to execute the appropriate project management methodology to successfully enhance prospect journey and acquisition funnel optimization.
Main activities will be:
Full accountability for driving projects end to end using rigorous project management methodology to achieve desired results Ownership for all process, project documentation, cost /benefit tracking and project deliverables Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies – seek, share & implement best practices Produce structured, regular status updates for all initiatives tailored to various audience levels Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategy development & decisions Ensure alignment of expectations, create and maintain buy-in across project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain strong relations with stakeholders/colleagues across organizational levels Lead and collaborate with third-party vendors for capabilities development Partner with multiple organizations including Acquisition, Operations, GCO, MCO, AET, Control Management, Product Management and others to drive resultsMinimum Qualifications
Proven E2E project management experience Ability to identify, gather and analyze complex information Highly organized with the ability to balance stakeholder needs while driving delivery Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to quickly build effective, lasting working relationships Self-starter able to work autonomously and deliver results Experience in conducting presentations face to face & remotely Fluent in English and SpanishPreferred Qualifications
