Commercial Business Process Leader will support Inquiry to Order and Order to Cash business processes for IET, in particular, Oracle Oscar related processes.

The Commercial Business Process Leader has significant interaction with all levels of the IET Commercial across the regions and product lines as well as cross functional interactions to ensure we deliver working business processes that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

In the role of Commercial Business Process Leader, you will execute the Commercial IET BPO plan for processes you are responsible (GTS, GTE & CTS, or Oracle based related), which includes but are not limited to: T&C Standard Application, Quotation/ Bid Process, Customer Screening, Flow Order Entry, Project Order Entry, ECommerce Maintenance, Order Management, Contract Management, Customer Master Data, Pricing, Returns & Repairs Processing/Co-Ordination, and

Acting as Oracle Commercial Business Process OwnerOperationalizing new processes and SOP, coordinate communication and training within own Oracle/segmentsBeing the ultimate owner and approver for Oracle process and/or system changes, in coordination with all relevant business/DT counterpartsLooking for opportunities to develop and share best in class processes between regions and business unitsWorking cross functionally within the BPO structure to ensure we are delivering process that meet our true business needsDeveloping business KPI’s and reports within the process that you ownWorking with data analytics team to develop data governance reports to identify data gaps that are affecting our ability to executeSupporting Data Governance strategy through ongoing learnings with the regional teamsEngaging regional business teams to deliver their data governance priorities and data clean upTraining & assisting users on processes, transactions, etc.Facilitating the User acceptance testing and provide signoff’sChanging Agent to drive system and process adoptionWorking with cross functional projects within IET BPO scope

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Degree from an accredited university or collegeHave good experience of sales, commercial, or operations experience with progressively increasing scope and responsibilityHave robust knowledge and understanding of enterprise processes and systems (e.g. ERPs, CRMs, MRPs etc..) spanning across key operational functions such as Finance, Projects Commercial and Supply ChainBe highly analytical & curious with previous experience in Sales, Commercial or FinanceHave customer-centric mindset; proven ability to challenge status quo and influence cross-functional and global counterparts to do what’s right for the customer and bottom lineHave experience successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.Be able to clearly identify and link relevant data to performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive changeHave excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writingHave confidence / assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions;  to approach business leaders with difficult messages, defend position & drive changeHave experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.Be adaptable/flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
