Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **What you will be doing:** + Maximize Ethicon Franchise growth and profitability by delivering innovative solutions that deliver results and market expansion in Ireland - **currently a $40M business** + Formulate and communicate overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans for the Ethicon Franchise in alignment with local, regional and global direction. + Ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to achieve both mid-term and short-range objectives + Lead direct reports in the strategic development, integration and implementation of the Commercial & Marketing Plans. Meet or exceed established sales goals through the execution of the agreed annual strategies & priorities. + Deliver the sales strategy ensuring that the delivery of plans brings profitable growth in marketplace. + Lead our cultural and transformation model, translating the vision into clear strategies and focusing the organization to deliver results. Shape organizational capability through new services and solutions for critical stakeholders and allocate appropriate resources to achieve growth goals. + Work closely with Marketing in the development of sales and marketing strategies for new products, promotional plans and budgets. Define short/medium /long term plans defining priorities and strategies for the Ethicon portfolio. + Active participation in Commercial negotiations and ownership of major Private Sector group C-Suite + Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements. + Business Results: Financial and strategic accomplishments in all markets and creating innovative business models and growth planforms + People Results: Acquiring, developing, engaging, rewarding, promoting and retaining high performing, diverse leaders, at all levels + This role will also take responsibility for line management of our Service and Solutions team and offering **What you will bring:** + Strong background in full end to end sales and marketing cycle in Irish context + Articulating a vision, engaging and mobilizing employees around that vision, and delivering superior value + Driving profitable and sustainable growth in multiple functions + Identifying new partnerships opportunities, determining optimal relationships conditions/model and executing these relationships + Creating and sustaining a culture of quality and compliance that encourages open communication, reporting non-compliant actions, taking corrective action and holding self/others accountable. + Value selling and Service and Solution delivery and leadership.
