Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Commercial Box on Demand Operator 2nd Shift. The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.53/hour + $0.60/hour shift differential per hour.

What you’ll do: Set up, understand and proficiently operate the Box On Demand (BOD) and the box gluer machines.Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems.Manage workload from multiple departments within the plantUnderstand the different cardboard types and sizes.Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.Replace carboard material with a forklift as needed.Empty the cardboard bailer as needed and dispose of as required.Ensure quality of all boxes.Perform 5S & Continuous Improvement activities.Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Fabrication shop experience.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
