Medical events coordination and facilitationEvent process tracking and make sure aligned with company policyBU internal meeting support and facilitationProcurement order support and payment processMonthly accrual and budget process managementProcess optimizationFocal of ZPI related operation with the companyAd hoc administrative support request by BUDCampaign managementQualifications
Education: Bachelor or aboveGood manners of communication, pleasant personality, Compression resistance, willing to learn in fast-paced environmentDetails oriented with good time management and multiple tasks handling.Problem solving and be a good team playerAble to communicate in Mandarin and EnglishGood commend on Word, excel, outlook and power point2-3+ years working experience in pharma industry with admin support is plusProject/ Process management experienceEvent coordination and facilitation experienceCurrent Employees apply HERE
