Title: Commercial Associate
Job Purpose
To support and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the Business Unit (BU) while collaborating with various teams for effective campaign execution and event facilitation in compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Medical Events Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate medical events, ensuring alignment with company policies.Campaign Management: Assist marketers and work with the Oncology squad team on end-to-end campaign processes, including materials creation, approval, execution tracking, and data analysis.Event Process Tracking: Monitor event processes to ensure compliance with company policies and optimize outcomes.Internal Meeting Support: Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings, ensuring effective communication and logistics management.Procurement and Payment Support: Assist with procurement orders and payment processes related to events and campaigns.Support on Budget Management: Support on monthly expense accruals and budget processes to provide the information to Brand Managers ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.Alliance Coordination: Maintain data and coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless collaboration.Ad Hoc Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as requested by the Business Unit Director (BUD) and other team members.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal abilities.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions while being a collaborative team player.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.Preferred Experience
Industry Experience: 2-3+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with administrative and marketing support roles.Project/Process Management: Experience in project management and process optimization.Event Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating events.Campaign Execution: Familiarity with campaign execution processes and data analysis.Key Attributes
