The MARKET ACCESS & COMMERCIAL HEAD, is responsible for supporting the development, accelerate and maximize of public or private market access for our current or new products assets, with also maintain the focus on all commercial needs for the market.
This is an exciting, and business critical role in a key growth driver area for our Company and contributes to our company's mission to bring lifesaving medicines and vaccines to patients worldwide.
This role will also require the analysis of payer landscape, competition, and other external dynamics to create and define appropriate use of market access resources. Works in collaboration with MD & country Leadership Team and shares accountability for the growth and performance of the subsidiary.
Main Responsibilities:
Leads integrated access and commercial strategy for the portfolio, working closely with CLT and region.
Adapts the global/regional strategy to address challenges and opportunities in the country, considering all drivers of product performance (regulatory, policy, medical, market access, CORE, MKT) and the strategic shifts towards value evidence and customer experience.
Recommends prioritization, resource allocation, capabilities development needs, by coordinating efforts across BU team.
Coaching team in the deployment of strategies and supporting the efforts to commercialize and grow the portfolio in line with financial performance objectives.
Provides input into new assets and supports development of new markets.
Acts as key link with regional/global pricing.
Establishes and monitors KPIs for the business/customers experience and makes adjustments based on results.
Interpret customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform strategic planning supporting broader enterprise goals, above products. Understand the interplay across the healthcare ecosystem in the country driving improvement in patient outcomes and customer experience.
Identifies emerging solutions & best-practices which are most suited to help reach ambition and works with CFT to implement and monitoring progress/ impact.
Develop the access strategy (aligned with priority business plan) including value proposition and other value communication resources, ensuring access considerations are integrated into value & implementation plans for our new product assets in key account.
Leads pathways to enhance access in private and public markets with focus in oncology and vaccines markets, working and develop access solutions. This position will also connect efforts across the broader Cross functional team to share insights and leverage learnings to drive oncology and vaccines patient access.
Ensure robust tracking of market factors to navigate complexity and inform evidence generation requirements to address differences among payers, payer stakeholders, patients, and providers.
Support the planning and execution of Market Access meetings and regional workshops to understand access evidence needs and identify the appropriate resources to address those gaps.
The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for access management.
Responsible for leading, directing and supervising the KAM Access Leads, guaranteeing the correct execution of account plans and strategic relationships with the company's key accounts.
Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team, ensuring their professional development and success.
External Partnerships: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, academic institutions, and other external stakeholders to enhance access and commercial opportunities and market insights.

Pharma Industry Experience
Master's degree or bachelors' Degree.
