The position will be business partner to build and maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and data-driven interpret understanding on business needs to support decision making and enhance sales force effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Expertise in master data management and maintenance, enforcing data standard and workflowCollaborate with project team to optimize data model and support data migration, cleansing and conversion to implement SAPInterface with business to gather requirements with ETL data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and BI toolSupport Salesforce adoption and operational efficiencies to drive sales upliftConduct sales pipeline and efficiently manage full lifecycle of opportunities conversionResponsible for price management in ERPCalculate rebate according to diversified schemes and manage actual paid outSupport analytical data infrastructure as well as analysis modeling, also ensure data accuracy, maximize data visibility and enhance qualityAssist in-depth business analysis and synthesis of adopting multiple sources to deep dive into business dynamics and value chainParticipate in execution of sales force effectiveness related projects, ensure that projects are aligned with the global strategy, deliver training program within timeline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum 5 years’ working experience in data or business analysisKnowledge of SAP OTC streamExperience with SalesforceExperience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, PBI etc.Proficient in MS Excel, PPTFluent in English written and oral communicationGood team player with self-motivation and ownershipStrong logic & analytical thinking, number-sensitiveExcellent business-oriented mindset and problem-solving skillAble to work under pressure and proactive with detail-oriented, precise
