The Commercial Analyst would have the opportunity to learn and eventually lead the annualbudgeting and forecasting processes - TBL management in YFPS. This would conduct reviews & update the system. Lead monthly sales reporting and forecasting. Analyze EDI data and track Profit Plan status. Conduct Market analysis – Competitor and customer financial analysis, and communication to management Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making aroundpricing, and sales performance Program status reporting & BAT management - work cross-functionally with other teams, including Program Management and Finance, to identify and address issues impacting business performance Process all prototype / EDT / Customer tooling billingfor NA projects. Create report to finance monthly on billing status. Set up customers in SAP and maintain accurate Pricing PR writing for all spending in 1218 cost center – QAD. Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs Process Retroactive Price Adjustments Identify Price Discrepancies (Customer PO vs. YF QAD Price) Engage Customer Accounts Payable Team Regarding Past Due Amounts Verify Directed Supplier Pricing with YF Purchasing Identify Aged Receivable Issues and Facilitate Resolution Maintain invoicing and payment status. Assist plant/IT in error resolution and long-termcorrective action. Troubleshoot all payment issues on production shipments, as requestedby plant.
Education: 4-year college degree in accounting, business or finance
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar roles. Automotiveindustry experience a plus Computer System Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP) High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in financial modeling preferred Ability to manage large databases High aptitude for problem solving Interpersonal and Teamwork skills Analytical skills Communication skills (written and verbal)
