TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enable Commercial Agreements: Run marketing programs calculation & payouts; monitor commercial agreements providing visibility to customer partners and manage commercial commissions; Ensure marketing campaigns are effectively operationalized through the order management process and provides analysis to support business decisions.Ensure setting up the system Execution for Commercial Programs: Enter and maintain data (incl. update commercial conditions, pricing updates). Prepare system set up for settlements and support accruals based on approved programs and direction from Finance. Support analysis and assist in resolving Commercial Agreement issues (nonexistent prices, undefined products, etc.) by liaising with internal functions.Monitor Internal and External audit accountability for operational processes: Ensure correct operational execution for Customer Service operations according to compliance and audit guidelines acting as tower control. Provide support and guidance to Customer Service leaders to ensure the registration of incidents, and all process completed to guarantee ISO certification continuity.Sales Data Collection and Reconciliation: Collect distributors, retailer and grower sales and channel inventory data for (groups of) customers. Manage the process for reconciliation of reported data with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Initiate approval requests to overcome various blocks (pricing, credit set up system to check orders).Rebate payout: Liaison with Finance, Commercial and Marketing to ensure a common understanding of program intent, resulting in calculation and appropriate communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Execute rebate calculations according to agreed conditions and route for approval and settlement. Assure rebate s issuance and credit notes, support calculations to customers and resolve errors. Ensure credit and debit notes are processed accurately and timely. Understands customer expectations, timely turnaround, accuracy and maintains a high level of customer service in challenging situations.Support Sales & Marketing teams: Lead analysis of sales orders to achieve internal goals considering customer requirements, strategy and company policies. Enable support to Sales and Marketing teams with information, training, guidelines, planning and management about rebates, campaigns and commercial programs.Team Management: Steer the talent development in the team, provide opportunities for personal development and encourage a positive work environment and strong interaction with SCM communities and other areas.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Master’s degree preferably.At least 9 years of accumulative experience in the areas of Supply Chain or Finance.5 years of experience as people manager.Advanced English level is required.Key competencies: Customer focus, strategic and digital mindset, drives results, drives vision & purpose, manages ambiguity, conflict management, data analysis.Outstanding communication, organization and influencing skills required.Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
