Purpose of the role
The Commercial Account Manager Beauty & Personal Care, reporting to the Area Business Manager Beauty & Personal Care, is the resource of the Commercial Area, which, in coordination with the Technical Account Manager, follows, in terms of sale, promotion, maintenance and development, the Clients of its area for the Personal Care sector.

Volume
Revenue
Gross Margin
No active customers in the area
Product mix ”by customer / area
In addition:
CAM monitors the economic / financial situation of its customers;
Maintains a constant exchange of information with the Technical Account Manager and with the Customer Service;
Search for new customers;
Collaborates with the Product Managers in the knowledge of the market and in particular with regard to the products used by customers, identifying the quantities, prices and competition.
Way of working:
Visits customers in their area independently or jointly with the Area Business Manager, Technical Account Manager, Product Manager and Principal Houses;
Develop the number of customers and increase, in terms of sales and promotion in collaboration with technical account manager, the number of products per customer
Use CRM-Customer Relationship Management in all its functions;
Performs a correct customer segmentation following company criteria;
Runs the Gap Analysis and manages the Spot Business.
An educational level:
Participation, if necessary, in commercial and company, sector or product meetings;
Possible participation in seminars dedicated to customers and trade fairs.
Profile:
The ideal profile has:
Chemical / scientific background (Degrees in Chemistry, CTF, Cosmetic Sciences and / or Cosmetological Sciences, Pharmacy);
Knowledge of the Cosmetic market and of the reference raw materials;
Commercial experience in the distribution of chemical, cosmetic and specialist products;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Considerable predisposition to interpersonal relationships;
Good communication skills;
Strong negotiating skills;
Ability to guide the customer to choose the most suitable product;
Strong orientation towards achieving results;
Operational autonomy, excellent planning and organization skills, ability to work by priority;
Entrepreneurship in managing your area;
Predisposition to work with different and inter-functional teams;
Strong motivation, desire to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mindedness and ability to work in a local and international context;
Availability to travel.
