Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Application Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you may be responsible for: * Working across the entire system architecture to design, develop, and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces for our clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications for generative AI projects * Employing IBM's Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability * Working with a variety of relational databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB), operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, AngularJS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and JQuery) * Creating everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures as you deliver a viable product **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Continuous monitoring of systems, applications and infrastructure in the Command Center. - Acting in incident management, ensuring the rapid identification, communication and resolution of problems. - Registering, categorizing and prioritizing events and incidents in the service management system (ITSM). - Implementing and adjusting alerts in monitoring tools to detect problems in real time. - Perform initial problem analysis and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary. - Contribute to Command Center performance reports and operational metrics. Collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements to monitoring processes and tools - Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace or similar. - Basic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus). - Familiarity with incident recording and management systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.). - Basic knowledge of networks, servers and cloud infrastructure. - Ability to analyze and initially resolve technical problems - Good communication skills to report problems and interact with different teams. - Proactivity and attention to detail to identify anomalies quickly. - Teamwork and ability to follow defined procedures.
