Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

As our Command Center Manager, you’ll lead a team of Level I and II Analysts across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless 24x7x365 operations of our enterprise data centers. You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing incident response, system monitoring, and SLA adherenceLeading enterprise event escalations and executive-level communicationsDriving process maturity, automation, and operational efficiencyHiring, mentoring, and developing top-tier technical talentCollaborating with SRE and infrastructure teams to enhance monitoring and toolingReporting on KPIs, system availability, and customer satisfaction metrics Qualifications

What You Bring

5+ years in a leadership role within a Data Center, NOC, or SOCProven success in high-pressure, high-visibility environmentsStrong technical acumen and hands-on experience with tools like SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, etc.Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with SRE principles, automation, and tooling optimization is a plus
