The Hospital Operations Sales Support team has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency.
In support of efficient inventory management to support sales growth, this role is responsible for providing analytics and insights to Sales Leadership. The role directly contributes to achieve sales and commercial objectives and has a high level of interaction with the Field Sales Organization at multiple levels. The role will support projects as assigned.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the assigned accounts and field territories.
+ Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities
+ Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to assigned accounts and appropriate FSN locations
+ Process required transactions in SAP, as appropriate
+ Use analytic skills, latest available data sources and insights to drive data-driven decision making with Sales Leadership to achieve optimal inventory levels
+ Manage support requests from the FSO
+ Provide case coverage support to designated area
+ Support Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process
+ Perform data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders
+ Support Commercial strategy implementation by guiding applicable sales teams through process change management, as appropriate
+ Other administrative tasks as required by the internal team
Qualifications
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Minimum of 4 years business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience
+ Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and stakeholders in business or academic environments
+ Ability to influence and develop partnerships which result in meeting departmental goals and objectives
+ Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to work independently
+ Strong general computer skills
+ History of utilizing Excel and Microsoft office applications
+ Domestic travel up to 25%
**Preferred:**
+ Ability to apply Excel at an advanced level (macros, linking of files) to inventory analysis
+ Experience with using systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities
+ Experience with inventory management strongly preferred
+ Experience with SAP, Optimizer and/or SalesForce software
+ Experience in field sales communication and interactions
+ Experience in Medical Device industry

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$63,000-$102,350
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
