You’ll be the driving force behind project success—ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from start to finish. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. + Provide daily oversight of construction crews and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. + Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to technical specifications. + Collaborate with ComEd internal work groups and external partners to meet project goals. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus). + 10 years of experience in Transmission/Substation or electric utility construction. + Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale infrastructure projects. **Skills & Tools** + Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. + Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, SAP, ERP systems, and electrical design software. + Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. **Location** Terrace, IL – On-site role with field-based responsibilities. **Apply Now** Ready to power up your career?
