Program Overview:

Comcast’s Central Division is seeking dynamic, self-motivated intern participants who have a strong passion to drive the age of innovation through our immersive summer experience!
Our 11-week paid internship program gives participants hands-on experience working with various groups across multiple office locations within Comcast’s Central Division. As a member of the team, you will gain invaluable knowledge of the industry, be part of our diverse and welcoming culture, and receive exposure to other areas of the business.
Your experience will also include:
Engagement & Exposure: Creativity, ingenuity, and innovation is the name of the game! As you get an inside look into the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge media and technology company, you’ll work on creative, impactful, and thought-provoking projects with various business units. With many exhilarating experiences built into one internship, you will have the opportunity to take center stage and showcase your summer projects during the final Summer Showcase.
Professional Development & Fun: You will have the opportunity to network with fellow intern participants through social activities, community building, and Experience Days. Our 11-week internship program maintains a strong focus on professional growth and development. Through activities like speaker series and skill-building workshops you will jump-start your career.Plus, we build in time for you to network with senior leaders and enjoy collaborative activities with your fellow program participants.
About the Central Division
Comcast’s Central Division spans a vibrant and diverse region, encompassing major markets such as Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, and Nashville. As one of Comcast’s three primary divisions, the Central Division plays a critical role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer experience across the organization. Interns in this division will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and explore career paths in technology, business operations, marketing, and more.
Role Overview
As a Comcast Business Intern Participant, you willassist in planning, developing, and executing strategies within Comcast Business which provides a suite of Connectivity, Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, Wireless and Managed Solutions to organizations of all sizes. Our intern participants will focus on assisting in the implementation process while tackling significant projects within the business and will require exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. As you contribute to the meaningful work for our Comcast Business team, you will get to interact with our senior leadership team and network with other cross-functional employees.
This role is an exciting opportunity that will focus on supporting the execution of significant projects that will require exceptional organizational skills and a customer-first mindset to succeed within a fast-paced environment.
Comcast Business has multiple internship opportunities, and your responsibilities will vary; functional areas may include but are not limited to:
Sales Enablement
Order Management
Care
Retention
Marketing
Operations
Sales Reporting & Analytics
You may also:
Design, evaluate, and implement process improvements including new methods and techniques to maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies
Analyze metrics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, training needs, etc.
Assist in coordinating marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and programs
Consolidate data reports to help drive data-based strategic decision making
Coordinate various projects and assignments with the team and other departments
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from aa accredited college or university
Authorized to work in the United States of America
Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week over 11 weeks
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Ability to work in both independent and collaborative environments
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Background:
Prior business exposure through internships, work experiences, or campus organizations
Currently pursuing a major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields
Interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries
