We have an opportunity for a Combisafe Site Leader (Northampton & Stockholm) to join us in Northampton, where you will be responsible for achieving ISC targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Working Capital, by fully supporting the implementation of major initiatives. These initiatives could include but are not limited to; Creating a Lean Culture, SIOP Implementation, Cycle Time Improvement Plans, & Functional Transformation. The position is responsible for the Operation of Warehouses in the UK and Sweden, with additional responsibility limited to stock planning and working capital inventory in Central Europe. This role is 100% onsite, with 25% travel to Sweden and Germany. Key Responsibilities + Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, including price negotiations, product applications, submitting of quotes/offers, preparing tenders - daily contact is essential to maintain intimacy with principal customers / partners. + Up-sell based on customer knowledge and technical competence, cross-sell of personal protective equipment. + Order management, rental coordination, inventory planning, product returns, purchasing special parts, transportation issues, invoicing, and site meeting participation. + Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, product applications, technical support & Engineering + Supply customer with User Instructions, Technical Information sheets, drawings, specific product advice and sales literature as appropriate (25% of calls require these deliverables) Key Skills and Qualifications + Education at least with commercial / international business + Vast experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the Construction industry + ERP knowledge, actual ERP used SAP B1 + Customer oriented, problem-solving attitude, able to organise workload independently Our Offer + A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment + Market specific training and ongoing personal development. + Experienced leaders to support your professional development Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
