We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven and action-oriented individual to lead the Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) agenda and Commercial Strategy in Central Europe.
This role is pivotal in shaping how we grow profitably, from customer prioritization and investment strategies, through pricing, pack and promotional optimization, all grounded in data and business insight.
You will lead a 3-person team and partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and European SRGM teams to support better, faster decision-making. This role focuses also on capability building and simplification — embedding tools, frameworks and mindset that strengthen revenue ownership across the business.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) Own implementation of SRGM strategy across Mix, PPA, Price, Promo and Trade Terms Lead governance of promotional guidelines and ROI tracking across key accounts Identify and quantify revenue and margin expansion opportunities across markets and brands Coordinate local pack-price architecture initiatives and customer mix strategies Support annual planning: negotiation inputs, deflator modelling, pricing scenario Develop “do/don’t” action frameworks by SRGM lever and category
Data & Analytics Enablement Lead implementation and usage of SRGM tools, dashboards and models (e.g. promo ROI, price scenarios, mix modelling) Manage reporting frameworks to track SRGM KPIs, price/margin impact, customer ROI Collaborate with the regional D&A team to localize and scale advanced analytics solutions Build and maintain data literacy within the CE commercial team; train and coach stakeholders in using SRGM outputs Support wider commercial data transformation projects within the CE structure
Team Leadership & Capability Building Manage and develop a team of 3 Train and embed SRGM thinking, tools and best practices across the commercial organization Champion data-driven culture by enhancing data literacy and decision discipline Contribute to broader data & analytics transformation projects across CE

Demonstrated experience developing and presenting recommendations across a variety of stakeholders at all levels within an organization A self-starter with strong initiative and customer/client orientation; ability to facilitate discussions to resolve issues, obtain consensus and drive to conclusion Excellent team and collaboration skill, with demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, business lines and geographies Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to proactively define appropriate work plans and processes Experience project managing small to medium sized projects and/or key work streams within larger projects Experience working with SuccessFactors a plus Prior experience with recognition programs Government agencies as well as internal and external legal counsel – Required filings, responses to requests for information
