Our core value drives us to work across different perspectives, with a common goal, and as one team, “Pioneering What's Possible”. **Overview** In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a **Colorist** with at least 5 years of experience in the role. The mission of this position is to define the look & feel for audiovisual pieces, keeping in mind the types of light and tonalities created by the art and photography team. The Colorist will use specialized software to manipulate contrast, saturation, white balance, and other aspects of color to ensure consistency and visual coherence. **Responsibilities** + Consolidate and finalize material previously edited by the post-production team. + Define the color science to be used in the project according to project guidelines and requirements. + Collaborate closely with the director of photography for each project, reconciling references and proposals for the development of advertising pieces. + Create an appropriate look & feel according to references, using primaries, preset color transformations, and selections as needed. + Understand workflows to determine the colorization flow of each project. + Ensure that the timeline or individual clips have the same frame rate and size to deliver the material for mastering. + Oversee and ensure the quality and execution of deliverables according to available tools, aiming for operational excellence. + Ensure compliance with all local and global company policies, procedures, and processes in talent management, finance, technology, administration, and legal. + Guarantee the completion of talent management administrative processes, such as payroll reporting, leave approvals, absence information, position turnovers, and clearances according to company-defined timelines. + Lead, promote, and exemplify the values and attributes of Publicis Groupe culture, ensuring team harmony and synergy grounded in respect and appreciation for diversity. **Qualifications** + B2 level English proficiency. + Experience in post-production and workflow management. + Knowledge of presentation formats and interpretation of camera files. + Desirable: Advanced knowledge in photography and color science. + Tools: DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere. **Additional information** + We have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
