Review closed repair orders for accurate part, labor, sublet and materials chargesMonitor and reconcile accounts receivable and sublet schedulesPrepare daily bank deposit and cash reportMaintain an effective cash management systemCreate Purchase Orders for sublet invoicesScan invoices/purchase orders to corporate accounting officeCreate Power Post for journal entry correctionsContact Insurance companies or customer for any unpaid balancesOrder Office supplies as neededOther duties may be assignedQualifications:
Prior experience working in a Dealership or Collision Center is a plus!Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and WordAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedGreat attitude with high-energy personalityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicStrong attention to detailAbility to work well in a process driven environmentOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
