(Credit Bearing)** We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate to join our Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) in Singapore. CISD’s mission is to build the services development, marketing and sales execution capabilities needed to develop customer-focused strategies that accelerate services growth. We aim to make Caterpillar, Cat dealers and CI Customers SERVICES STRONG. **Job Summary** To provide internship experience for currently enrolled Marketing and Communication Studies students, with student working side-by-side with in-house CISD representatives, external creative agencies, Caterpillar dealers, to deepen the intern’s skills while also providing the Company with valuable advice and project work on sales and marketing initiatives. **What You Will Do** + Support the development of creative campaigns to support the promotion of Caterpillar eCommerce platform and prioritised aftermarket offerings and services, execution and the tracking of campaign effectiveness. + Support tradeshows and be involved in event planning and execution. + Support dealer co-op programs with priority dealers and liaise with dealer partners (our dealer partnership programs support both online as well as offline events, both core and retail activities). + Work across CISD as well as our Construction Industries (CI) partners + Reporting of campaign metrics / effectiveness. **What You Have** + **_Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication or equivalent_** . + Interesting in the marketing communication discipline. + Proficiency in written and spoken English. Japanese language will be an added advantage but not required. + Good human relations and networking skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department. + Must be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement for duration of the internship. + Must be proactive when looking for solutions, very structured, and methodical. + Good presentation skills. **Learning Outcomes** + Intern will have the opportunities to immerse in marketing tactics, channel strategy, lead generation/sales conversion, branding and marketing analytics. + Opportunities to future full-time employment in the company. **How We Support You (Internship Benefits)** Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding internship.
