Leidos is offering an extraordinary opportunity to support the elite 55th Wing in a highly specialized role. We're seeking a mission-focused professional with deep expertise in classified modern collection systems and geolocation operations. To be considered, candidates must bring an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph on Day One.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-impact environments, has ISR-related experience, and knows their way around IC tools critical to mission success. Collaboration with intelligence community partners will be central, as you'll help create, refine, and drive operational capabilities forward.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Deliver technical expertise to identify new detectors for collection system operations aligned with CCM, component, and target office requirements
Conduct pre-mission maintenance checks
Perform troubleshooting alongside ground-based and airborne maintenance teams
Drive quality assurance best practices with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor system reliability stats to spot trends and drive updates
Oversee data generation, tracking, transport, and confirm ingestion into national databases
Resolve data ingestion issues through collaboration with customers
Build and manage configuration files for system operations
Interface with stakeholders to implement and troubleshoot configurations
Provide support for special tasks or high-priority events
Coordinate with forward-operating-locations (FOL) on tasking and data developments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s with 6+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree
Hands-on background in modern collection systems and/or ISR Operations
TS/SCI with Polygraph on day one
Flexibility in scheduling to meet mission needs
Preferred Skills That Set You Apart:
Prior work with RC-135 units, IC partners, and stakeholders in full-spectrum collection operations
Proven mastery of classified tools enabling advanced mission execution
Elite analytical skills—451/452 graduates especially encouraged
