We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Mascot, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

What will you be doing?

Conduct high volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable agingRaise customer disputes in salesforce ticketing systemIdentify and escalate accounts where neededMonitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to ensure collections targetSupport the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily including remittance requests for allocationCommunicate with internal stakeholders on any corrective action required impacting collections and account managementAbility to meet KPI targetsCustomer account reconciliations

What are we looking for?

3+ years’ experience in a similar roleExperience with high volume collectionsEnthusiastic and motivated team player focused on growth and driving a constructive cultureAbility to work in a fast paced, commercial environmentPrior experience in using SAP (preferred) and Intermediate MS ExcelExcellent time management skills
