Description We are looking for a skilled Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team in Ft. Worth, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounts receivable and billing functions to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing collection processes and ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding balances. • Manage accounts receivable records and maintain accurate documentation. • Handle inbound calls related to billing inquiries and provide thorough resolutions. • Administer claims and track payment statuses using accounting and CRM software. • Collaborate with clients to resolve disputes and maintain positive relationships. • Perform detailed reviews of billing functions to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Generate reports on collection activities and present findings to management. • Implement strategies to improve efficiency in the collection process. • Maintain knowledge of financial systems, including ADP and other relevant platforms. Requirements • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and claim administration processes. • Strong communication skills, particularly in handling inbound calls and resolving billing inquiries. • Knowledge of billing functions and financial services systems like ADP. • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
