What You’ll Do:Be the go-to expert for managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and resolving inquiries with precision and care.Send friendly payment reminders and work with customers to create win-win payment arrangements.Take initiative with outbound calls and emails to support timely collections.Monitor aging reports and ensure accounts stay within healthy credit thresholds.Investigate payment patterns and collaborate with affiliates to ensure accurate application.Maintain customer account data, onboard vendors, and resolve invoice discrepancies.Support cash application by researching unapplied payments and processing refunds.Coordinate disaffiliation processes and apply credits/vouchers to outstanding invoices.Escalate legal or bankruptcy concerns and assist with documentation for demand letters.Negotiate repayment terms with affiliates while preserving strong relationships.Process captive account payments and apply available credits to reduce open balances.What You Bring:3+ years of B2B collections experience (preferred).2+ years in accounts receivable and customer service.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Associate’s Degree (preferred).Why You’ll Love It Here:Contract-to-hire pathway with long-term career potential.Professional, team-oriented environment focused on growth and collaboration.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on financial operations and customer relationships.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
