Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist for a contract role within our client in White Plains, New York. Key Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications efficiently using accounting software systems. • Address customer account and credit application inquiries promptly. • Monitor customer accounts with CRM tools and take action as necessary to ensure collection efforts. • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely payment processes. • Respond professionally to inbound customer service calls regarding accounts. • Execute billing functions and manage claims administration as needed. • Utilize SAP for financial record-keeping and other operations. • Uphold company standards and guidelines across all collection processes. • Continuously update and manage customer account records in relevant systems.
