Description We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in South Jordan, Utah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing consumer and commercial collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive client relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in billing, credit management, and collection processes. Responsibilities: • Handle commercial and consumer collections with professionalism and efficiency. • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments. • Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes. • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment statuses. • Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce platforms to track and manage accounts. • Develop strategies to improve collection processes and reduce delinquency rates. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collections. • Prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights for process improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections. • Strong knowledge of billing and credit collection processes. • Proficiency in using NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze account data and identify payment issues. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
