Description A fast-paced B2B services company is seeking a results-driven Collections Specialist to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is persistent, professional, and comfortable handling high-volume collections while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts + Contact clients via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances + Negotiate payment plans and document collection activity + Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve disputes + Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions + Prepare weekly reports on collection status and trends + Assist with month-end AR reconciliation and reporting Requirements + 2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Proficiency in accounting software and Excel + Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively + Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
