Details: Location - Onsite: Moline, IL Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm Duration: Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: - Handle early-stage delinquency queues (typically 7+ days past due) with a focus on proactive, respectful outreach via phone, text, and email - Respond to inbound member calls regarding locked accounts, payment issues, and account recovery - Collaborate with team members to find solutions and bring accounts back into good standing - Progress into more complex queues over time, with opportunities to develop negotiation skills - Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes member service, accountability, and collaboration Requirements What We’re Looking For: - Customer service mindset with the ability to reset and stay positive between calls - Prior experience in collections, medical billing, or accounts receivable preferred - Strong communication skills and comfort discussing payment issues with empathy and professionalism - Individuals with a teamwork mindset!
