Description Opening for a Collections Specialist seeking a company they can grow in. The right Collections Specialist for this role is someone achievement-oriented and focused on their work. The Collections Specialist will be over: · Manage inbound and outbound collections calls · Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines · Manage all vendor inquiries · Maintain and update customer files to see that data integrity is maintained · Call on all past due amounts and record all results in the system · Record all customer payments to the correct reports · Follows collection escalation process daily to maintain past due customer accounts. · Maintain relationships and contact customers through calls or email.
