Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Jeffersonville, Indiana. In this role, you will focus on managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable processes, including tracking outstanding balances and ensuring timely collections. • Utilize accounting software systems to monitor payments and generate detailed financial reports. • Handle inbound calls from clients regarding billing inquiries and provide accurate resolutions. • Administer claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Conduct collection activities using tools such as Accurint and CRM platforms. • Process billing functions, including invoicing and payment adjustments. • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve collection strategies. • Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and communication for auditing purposes. • Support financial operations by leveraging Epic Software and other systems as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable and collection processes. • Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools such as Accurint. • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and claim administration. • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve billing issues effectively. • Proficiency in Epic Software or similar financial systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
