Responsibilities: • Handle collection efforts for commercial accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. • Communicate with customers professionally to address payment issues and negotiate solutions. • Monitor account status regularly and follow up on overdue payments. • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile account discrepancies and provide accurate reports. • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer interactions. • Utilize established processes to manage consumer and commercial collections effectively. • Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection goals. • Identify trends in payment delays and recommend actionable solutions to improve collections. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection activities. Requirements • Proven experience in collections, particularly with commercial accounts. • Strong understanding of collection processes and best practices. • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve payment issues. • Proficiency in record-keeping and account reconciliation. • Familiarity with consumer and commercial collections. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
