As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a vital role in managing the collections process*s and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures. You will monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to management. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the company and contribute to the success of the collections function. You will report directly to our Collections Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
