Performs all functions, within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the members of the MIT Federal Credit Union. Must be and remain bondable. Working knowledge on collecting past due accounts; related collection and bankruptcy laws; RESPA servicing delinquent mortgage loans and loss mitigation; collecting on inhouse Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and FHA loans.
