Collections Specialist Responsibilities:  

Collections account management Ensure customer satisfaction Attend training classes & meetings  Assist with credit origination

Hours for Collections Specialist:  

5-day work week No Sundays Work most Saturdays with a weekday off Finance hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-6 Scheduled some days until 7 with a late start Average of 45 hours per week

Collections Specialist Requirements:  

Collections or customer retention experience Able to work on-site  Able to pass a background check Able to work the listed hours Good computer/keyboard skills Good customer service/rapport building Good problem-solving skills
