Collections Account Manager Responsibilities:  

Collections account management Ensure customer satisfaction Attend training classes & meetings  Assist with credit origination

Hours for Collections Account Manager:  

5-day work week No Sundays Work most Saturdays with a weekday off One weekend off a month (Sat or Mon) Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4 40-45 hours per week Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week

Collections Account Manager Requirements:  

Collections or customer retention experience Able to work on-site  Able to pass a background check Able to work the listed hours Good computer/keyboard skills Good problem-solving skills
